The Catawba Grape Vine grows in zones 5-8.

Hardy and vigorous, the Catawba grape is the leading grape for American wine and juice. It also makes an excellent choice for fresh eating, jellies and jams. The vine will produce bunches of coppery-red grapes from late September to October.

  • Produces bunches of medium red grapes, good for fresh eating, jams, jellies, American wine, and juice
  • Is self-fertile, but planting more than one vine is recommended for the best crop
  • Should be planted 6'–8' apart using a trellis system
  • Will be delivered as a 1-year-old, #1 bare-root vine measuring 6"–1'
