  • Can you ship to my state?

    • Shipping is a flat fee of $14.95 for your entire nursery order. If you order merchandise, a separate shipping fee will be charged. Nursery orders over $60 ship free.
    • Shipping dates vary according to the zone the tree is shipped to and the current weather.
    • Many states have restrictions on what kind of trees are imported into the state. The states that a tree is restricted from is listed in the description of the tree to the right of the picture.
    • Due to state Department of Agriculture restrictions, we are unable to ship trees from our Tree Nursery to Arizona or Hawaii. In some cases, you may still be able to receive our membership packages.
    • In addition, due to lengthy shipping times, we are unable to ship trees outside of the continental United States, the trees would not survive.
    • For further information on these restrictions please contact the Department of Agriculture in your state.

    We use the latest encryption technology to protect your private information. The information you provide - including your credit card - is transmitted securely to our server. We'll save your credit card if you want us to (to speed up your future orders.) If you don't want us to save it, simply use our express checkout.

    Guaranteed Healthy Delivery

    When you order trees from The Arbor Day Foundation, your order is guaranteed to arrive in a good, healthy condition or we’ll replace them at no charge. Your trees will be shipped at a suitable time for planting. Each tree and plant is guaranteed to grow, or we’ll replace it within one year of shipment.

    The Arbor Day Foundation is happy to provide a one-time refund or replacement per order under the following term and conditions:

    Our trees and shrubs are living things. They need planted at the correct depth, watered and cared for in a way that is favorable to the plant’s health, and protected from the elements and animals.

    We’re here to help, if you ever have any questions, please feel free to call or email us. We want to provide you with as many resources as possible to achieve successful planting and growth of your trees and shrubs.

    However, to initiate your one-time free replacement or refund, please contact us toll free at 888-448-7337, or email [email protected]. The Arbor Day Foundation unfortunately cannot fulfill any refund or replacement requests without the proper images or documentation that supports the claim.

  • Where did you get all of your tree pictures?

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once your order has been sent to our nursery location for processing, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, refuse the order upon delivery. By doing so, you will be refunded the cost of the trees but not the $14.95 shipping. The only exception to this is if there is an error in the shipment (i.e., the wrong trees were shipped or the trees were dead on arrival). Your tree nursery order refund will be processed once the nursery package has been shipped back and received by the nursery.
